Volunteer Forms

Filling out these forms will begin the volunteer process. Once your volunteer form is filled out, you will receive communication guiding you through the remaining steps of the process with online links as needed. There are two main areas to volunteer, the vulnerable sector and the non-vulnerable sector. The vulnerable sector is ministries that involve caring for those 17 years and younger (Sunday School, Youth Group, Grace Kids Camp, etc.) and vulnerable adults. The non-vulnerable sector is ministries such as kitchen, tech, music, etc. Depending on where you wish to serve, please fill out the corresponding form below.

 

Volunteer Process Steps

Vulnerable Sector Volunteers

  1. Submit Volunteer Application (linked above)

  2. Send link for references to submit reference form

  3. Complete online AODA training and submit the certificate

  4. Complete Community Protection Plan training. View the video, review the policy, and complete the Covenant of Care form.

  5. Provide a police vulnerable sector check (if you need a police check letter, let us know)

  6. Participate in interview with ministry supervisor

  7. Attend ministry orientation

 

Non-Vulnerable Sector Volunteers

  1. Submit Volunteer Application (linked above)

  2. Send link for references to submit reference form

  3. Complete online AODA training and submit the certificate

  4. Participate in interview with ministry supervisor
