Renovation Update

Why We're Renovating

At Grace, we believe that every square foot of this space is for people—welcoming newcomers, growing in faith together, and making room for more. This renovation is about more than bricks and beams; it’s about building a place where people can find rest and relationship in God.

Latest Update – June 2025

There’s exciting momentum across the project as we head into summer. Here’s what’s been happening on site:

  • Stage flooring installation is nearly complete and on track to finish by the end of next week.

  • The final stage stain color has been confirmed, matched beautifully to the finish on the new pews.

  • Painting in the front foyer continues and is expected to wrap up within two weeks.

  • Sanctuary carpet is finished; balcony carpet remains partially installed and will be completed after pews are in place.

  • Pew installation is now scheduled for July 7–8, following a delay related to a resolved tariff issue.

  • Support posts for the balcony glass railing have been installed, with glass delivery expected within two weeks.

  • New entrance door frames under the stained-glasss windows are now in place.

  • Stained glass panels are being measured for reinstallation.

  • The new projection screen has been installed.

  • A full fire alarm system test has been completed.

  • Washroom partitions are being delivered and installed in early July.

It’s all part of creating a space that’s welcoming, functional, and ready for what God has next.
