Ruth’s place

Drop-In for Women

A Ministry of Mission to the Margins

Where relationships of trust are built with women from the community.

Ruth's Place is envisioned as a warm, welcoming environment where marginalized women can come to relax, enjoy coffee, tea, and snacks, and connect with other women in a safe, supportive space. It’s a place for women to build relationships with Christian women without fear or discomfort, offering an alternative to traditional service spaces where the presence of men may create barriers.

Looking ahead, we see Ruth's Place evolving into a vibrant community, offering activities like games, movies, sewing, and painting to further nurture creativity, healing, and fellowship among the women who gather here.

Fridays 12 pm -3 pm

At Grace Bible Church (2 Grand Ave. South Cambridge, Ontario)

We hope to have Women of all ages and walks of life join us, from fresh out of high school to long-since retired! Children aged 11 and under are welcome (with their mom or otherwise responsible female). A play space will be provided for babies/toddlers in the activity room where outreach is held.
