The Office Administrator plays a vital role in supporting ministry staff and volunteer leads by ensuring smooth administrative operations, effective communication, and a well-organized calendar and facility schedule. This position helps create a sense of support and clarity for staff and volunteers by managing systems, streamlining communication, supporting essential ministry infrastructure, and being a primary point of contact for external groups.
This is a full-time position at 40 hours per week and reports to the Executive Pastor.
